Custom Order Change Policy

Custom order may be canceled or changed for a limited time prior to being released to production, however, cancellations cannot be made to any orders already in production. Please contact Your Sales Rep with any questions.


Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders are made to the customer’s specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except a manufacturer’s error or defect. All requests must be sent to CSTOWN within seven days from the date of receipt of the merchandise with defect photos or videos. All will be inspected upon receipt to verify the reason for return. If replacement merchandise is not available or not applicable, CSTOWN will issue a credit to the customer’s account.


Return Time Limit

CSTOWN will not accept returns on defective merchandise beyond 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
